At Rise and Shine Foundation Inc, our Transitional Living Program offers safe, structured, and supportive housing for individuals transitioning from treatment centers, incarceration, homelessness, or other unstable environments. - Are in recovery from substance use or co-occurring disorders
- Are recently released from incarceration, treatment, or unstable housing
- Are motivated to pursue personal growth, healing, and stability
- Are willing to follow basic program guidelines and live in a structured, respectful community
- Have past criminal records (non-violent offenses prioritized)
- May not have income but are actively working toward employment
- Are on parole, probation, or in diversion programs
- Need help accessing ID, health care, or other services
- Are ready to commit to sobriety and a recovery lifestyle
- Brief phone screening or in-person consultation
- Completion of intake application
- Interview with program staff
- Assessment of readiness and basic fit for program expectations
